San Diego, CA - May 24, 2025, the San Diego Chapter of the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA-SD) had monthly meeting with emphasis of teamwork and a bitter sweet farewell party to our 2025 graduates. 

FASCA-SD and Doyle Taiwanese Parents Celebrate Taiwanese Heritage at Doyle Elementary International Festival

San Diego, CA – On May 16, 2025, FASCA-SD returned to Doyle Elementary School’s International Festival to support an engaging Taiwanese cultural booth organized by Doyle’s Taiwanese parent community. This ongoing collaboration offered festival-goers an interactive and meaningful way to explore Taiwanese heritage through games, cultural displays, and community engagement.

海外青年文化大使協會聖地牙哥分會(FASCA-SD)5月3日舉辦端午節文化體驗活動，讓青年文化大使深入認識傳統節慶。活動由課程企劃小隊帶領，探索端午節歷史由來、節日重要性及多樣傳統習俗，透過親手包製臺灣南部粽，體驗節慶飲食的魅力。

FASCA-SD Brings Taiwanese Street Foods to the Lewis Middle School Carnival

San Diego, CA — April 25, 2025 — The San Diego Chapter of the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA-SD) actively promoted Taiwanese Street foods by participating in the Lewis Middle School Carnival. FASCA-SD members proudly introduced Taiwan’s street food to the greater San Diego community.

FASCA-SD Holds Qingming Event with Cultural Gathering and Traditional Cuisine

San Diego, CA - On March 29, 2025, to commemorate Qingming Festival, also known as Tomb Sweeping Day, FASCA-SD hosted a meaningful cultural gathering. The event provided  members to understand Taiwanese heritage through education, and traditional cuisine.

FASCA San Diego Chapter Supports Tang Yuan/Glutinous Rice Ball Making Event at SDCA

On December 8, 2024, the FASCA-SD proudly partnered with the San Diego Chinese Academy (SDCA) to host a cultural event centered on making glutinous rice balls traditionally associated with the Winter Solstice(Dongzhi).

FASCA San Diego and Los Angeles Chapters Unite for Cultural Exchange

On November 16th, 2024, members of the San Diego and Los Angeles chapters of the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) met for their first face to face cross-chapter interaction at Yiya Formosa located in Anaheim. 

FASCA San Diego Showcases Taiwanese Culture at Design39 Campus Cultural Festival

On October 20, 2024, FASCA-SD participated in the Cultural Festival at Design39 Campus Middle School, bringing a taste of Taiwanese culture to the local community. The event was a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, and FASCA-SD played a key role in promoting Taiwan's rich heritage.

聖地牙哥僑界齊聚祝賀雙十國慶升旗典禮

聖地牙哥在La Jolla的中華學苑露天舞臺於10月6日舉辦113年雙十國慶升旗典禮，升旗典禮吸引眾多僑界人士參加，包括橙縣文教中心主任蕭蓓如、僑務委員謝家樹以及聖地牙哥中華學苑孫麗敏。蕭蓓如主任和孫麗敏校長特別感謝雙十籌備委員會及FASCA學員積極協助讓此次活動得以圓滿舉行。

海外青年文化大使協會聖地牙哥分會(FASCA-SD)11位青年文化大使2024年8月10日前往ActivCare 4S Ranch老人之家，為銀髮長輩舉辦一場充滿愛與關懷的音樂會，在愛的樂章之中不僅展現多元才藝，也履行他們對文化傳承與社會服務的真誠承諾。

FASCA聖地牙哥分會培訓 39位青年文化大使結業

海外青年文化大使協會(FASCA)聖地牙哥分會6月7日至6月9日在聖地牙哥舉行中華民國113年度青年文化大使培訓，並於6月9日為39位完成培訓的第二屆青年文化大使舉行結業典禮，今年有21位新生及18位第一屆青年文化大使加入團隊。

A Spinning Success: FASCA-SD Performs Diabolo at Chinese Academy Graduation

FASCA 聖地牙哥分會慶中秋 青年文化大使與家人共享臺式烤肉樂

海外青年文化大使協會聖地牙哥分會(FASCA-SD)9月14日在San Dieguito County Park ，舉行「臺式中秋節烤肉文化體驗暨年度家庭聯歡」。當天共有40位青年文化大使及80位青年文化大使家庭成員參加，青年文化大使除學習臺灣中秋節傳統習俗，還與家人一起體驗臺式中秋烤肉的樂趣。
