​Welcome to FASCA San Diego!​
The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has initiated the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) Program in the USA and Canada since 2011. The program aims to build connections between the second and third-generation overseas compatriot youth and Taiwan through various educational training courses. With guidance and collaboration from overseas units and the FASCA consulting mentors, OCAC established the FASCA San Diego Chapter in 2023. By 2025, FASCA San Diego has nurtured a total of 44 students across various high schools around San Diego. More than 60 activities were organized, including training and community services, involving over 1,000 participants.

As a student-run organization, FASCA San Diego provides members with opportunities to develop leadership skills through elected positions such as president, captain, or co-captain, as well as through project-based roles for specific events. Each month, members take part in organizing and leading various activities, including monthly team meetings, training sessions, cultural events, and community service events, all of which reinforce FASCA’s core values of leadership, culture, service, and legacy.
